This information enables us to improve service delivery and provide a better user experience. Additional data points may include session duration, navigation patterns, feature usage statistics, and engagement metrics with our educational content.
We leverage your personal information to deliver customized educational content, send relevant market updates and newsletters, process subscription payments, provide technical assistance, analyze platform performance, and communicate about new educational resources or platform enhancements. Your data may also be used in aggregated form for business analytics and service improvement initiatives. We utilize your information to verify user identity, detect fraudulent activity, maintain platform security, fulfill regulatory requirements, and keep you informed about account status and service updates. We may also analyze your learning patterns to suggest relevant educational materials and optimize content delivery.
TradeWise Academy does not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to external parties for promotional purposes. We may collaborate with carefully selected third-party service providers who help us operate our platform effectively, including payment processing services, email delivery systems, cloud hosting services, and analytics tools. These partners are contractually required to protect your information and may only access data necessary to perform their designated functions. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect our legal rights, prevent fraudulent activities, or ensure the safety and security of our platform and users. In the event of a business reorganization, merger, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards and regulatory approval.
We implement robust security protocols designed to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure payment processing systems, regular security assessments, and strict access controls. Our infrastructure incorporates multi-factor authentication, intrusion detection systems, firewall protection, secure socket layer technology, and ongoing vulnerability testing. However, no internet transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security. We continuously enhance our security measures to address evolving threats and maintain compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements.

You have the right to access, review, modify, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may request a copy of your data, opt-out of marketing communications, withdraw consent for data processing, or request data portability. Under applicable privacy legislation including GDPR and CCPA, you possess additional rights such as the right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to object to automated decisions, and right to file complaints with data protection authorities. To exercise these rights, please contact our privacy team using the contact details provided on our website. We will acknowledge and respond to your request within legally mandated timeframes, typically within 30 days of receipt.
Our platform is designed for users 18 years of age or older. We do not intentionally collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action to remove such data. We implement age verification measures where legally required and do not target our services to minors. Should we discover inadvertent collection of personal data from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information in accordance with applicable laws including COPPA and similar child protection regulations.
Your information may be processed and stored in locations outside your country of residence. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data during international transfers in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. We rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, binding corporate rules, and other legally recognized mechanisms for international data transfers. For transfers to jurisdictions without adequate data protection laws, we apply supplementary safeguards to protect your privacy rights and maintain GDPR compliance requirements for cross-border data transfers.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as required by law, or as permitted by applicable regulations. Account data is maintained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: All content, educational materials, training courses, market analysis, webinars, mentorship sessions, and information provided by TradeWise Academy is strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, financial recommendations, professional advisory services, or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments, securities, commodities, or cryptocurrencies. The information presented should not be the sole basis for any trading or investment decision. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial advisors. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility and made at your own risk.
Trading financial markets, including forex, stocks, options, futures, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives, involves substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for every investor. High leverage available in many trading instruments can work both for and against you. Before trading, carefully consider your investment objectives, experience level, financial situation, and risk tolerance. You could sustain total loss of initial investment and may be required to deposit additional funds. Only risk capital—money you can afford to lose without affecting lifestyle—should be used. The possibility exists that you could sustain losses exceeding your initial investment. Seek advice from independent financial advisors if you have doubts.
Financial markets are inherently unpredictable and subject to rapid price fluctuations. Economic events, political developments, natural disasters, corporate announcements, and many factors can cause significant market volatility resulting in substantial losses. Past market behavior does not guarantee or predict future movements. No trading system can eliminate all market risk or guarantee profits in all conditions. You acknowledge trading involves periods of profitability and loss, and you are emotionally and financially prepared for both outcomes. Markets can move against positions rapidly, resulting in losses exceeding initial margin.
Any testimonials, success stories, performance results, profit claims, or case studies on TradeWise Academy are for illustration only and do not represent typical results. Individual results vary significantly based on factors including market conditions, starting capital, experience, risk tolerance, time commitment, discipline, and strategies employed. Performance examples may have been achieved under favorable conditions not replicable in the future. We make no representation that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.
TradeWise Academy makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of information, analysis, predictions, or educational content. We do not guarantee profits, trading success, or specific returns. Market conditions change rapidly, and historical performance does not indicate future results. You acknowledge trading carries risk of partial or complete capital loss, and you are solely responsible for managing that risk. Decisions to follow educational content are entirely at your risk. We expressly disclaim liability for losses from using our materials or educational services.
Online trading involves technical and operational risks beyond TradeWise Academy's control, including internet connectivity issues, platform downtime, software malfunctions, data transmission errors, system failures, power outages, and cyber threats. Such issues may result in inability to execute trades, delayed processing, or execution at unexpected prices. TradeWise Academy is not liable for losses due to technical problems, disruptions, or platform failures. You should have contingency plans for managing positions during technical difficulties. Electronic trading systems carry risks of system failures and order routing issues.
Successful trading requires discipline, patience, emotional control, and stress management. Fear, greed, overconfidence, and emotions can negatively impact decisions leading to significant losses. Many traders experience psychological challenges affecting ability to follow rules and risk management. You acknowledge importance of emotional discipline and accept full responsibility for managing psychological state while trading. Psychological factors can cause deviations from planned strategies, resulting in poor decisions and financial losses.
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, investment choices, risk management, and outcomes from using TradeWise Academy services. Conduct thorough research, due diligence, and independent analysis before trading. Consider consulting qualified financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel familiar with your situation and local regulations before trading. You acknowledge evaluating financial circumstances and understanding trading risks. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Trading regulations vary by jurisdiction, and certain activities or instruments may be restricted, prohibited, or subject to licensing requirements in your country. Understand and comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and tax obligations. TradeWise Academy does not provide legal or tax advice; seek professional guidance regarding compliance. Some instruments may not be available in certain jurisdictions or may require licenses to trade legally.
TradeWise Academy may provide links to third-party websites, brokers, exchanges, platforms, or services. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee third-party services, accuracy, or reliability. Your use of third-party services is at your risk and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for content, products, or services of third parties or losses from interactions with them. References to third-party products do not constitute endorsement; evaluate independently before use.
Trading on margin involves borrowing funds to increase positions, amplifying both potential profits and losses. Margin can magnify gains but also lead to rapid substantial losses exceeding initial investment. Margin calls may require additional deposits on short notice to maintain positions. Failure to meet margin calls can result in forced liquidation at unfavorable prices. Carefully read and understand margin agreements and associated risks before engaging in margin trading.
When trading financial instruments, there is risk that your counterparty, such as a broker or exchange, may default on obligations. Counterparty risk could result in losses not covered by compensation schemes. Select regulated and reputable brokers and platforms to minimize this risk. Even regulated entities may experience financial difficulties; no broker is immune to counterparty risk.
Different markets have varying trading hours, and liquidity fluctuates throughout the day. Low liquidity periods may result in wider spreads and difficulty executing at desired prices. Market hours can change due to holidays, events, or regulatory actions. Trading outside normal hours or in low-liquidity markets can increase volatility and difficulty entering or exiting positions.
Content provided by TradeWise Academy is educational only and does not constitute personalized investment advice tailored to your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance. We do not consider your specific circumstances when providing materials. Before investment or trading decisions, consider suitability and seek independent financial advice if necessary. Nothing on our platform should be construed as recommendation to buy or sell securities.
While striving for accuracy, market conditions, prices, and data can change rapidly without notice. TradeWise Academy does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information. Verify information independently before trading. We are not responsible for errors or omissions and reserve right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TradeWise Academy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or intangible losses, from service use or reliance on information. This applies to all damages regardless of action form, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other theory, even if advised of potential damages.
